iLearning University is a new and exciting paradigm for learning in organizations.  Instead of traditional courses that are aimed at individuals which are essentially "use once and throw away," iLearning University courses empower teams within organizations to learn in a just-in-time manner and build on what they know to create innovation. 

On the technical side, iLearning Univeristy utilizes standard industry tools and applications.  It uses Microsoft SharePoint 2010 to store and manage course content and Microsoft's Office Live Meeting webconferencing system for communication between instructor and course members. Besides these standard tools, the content of iLearning University courses is easily incorporated into most learning management systems.  While iLearning University uses these standard tools and applications to provide the iLearning University environment -- its true value to learners and their organizations is its emerging role as the standard format and delivery for the way that learning is facilitated in organizations. The iLearning University logo is becoming the "seal of approval" for organizations focused on learning for innovation.

iLearning University works with everyone involved in facilitating learning in organizations.  We work directly with organizations to develop new iLearning Univerisity courses -- and convert existing traditional courses to the iLearning University format.  One of our services is developing courses for these organizations from scratch.  Alternatively, we teach course developers through our own certification course -- offered through iLearning University -- on how to develop iLearning University courses for their organizations.  We also work with consultants and third party training and educational providers to deliver their courses in the iLearning University format -- creating a new channel for them to provide expertise to their client organizations.
