To really leverage an iLearning University
course, team members must be able to add what they have learned in doing
their work to the course. To accomplish this, iLearning University
provides a process for updating or creating new knowledge assets for
every objective. This allows team members to submit an update on
the process steps or instruction – or create a new example or expert
advice that will support learners in achieving the course objective.
Designated reviewers then review the proposed update to the asset or the
newly created asset. If an approver approves the updated or newly
created asset, then it will be made available for the next time the team
members need to achieve that objective. In this way, team members build
upon what they know by learning for innovation.
