Here is an example iLearning University course on Project Management. What you see is the page for one of knowledge products that team members -- the learners of the course -- will have to create. The objectives for this knowledge product "The Human Factors" are shown along the left hand side of the main page menu. To create this knowledge product, team members write a plan to address the human factors aspects of Project Management. This course is organized in the same way as the other example iLearning University course, Change Management. It is made up of a list of knowledge products -- each with a list of objectives. Team members click on the link for an objective to access the knowledge assets which will help them achieve that objective.
Note the link to an objective of the Change Management course -- "Encourage peer or stakeholder support for the change." This link is only visible to members of the Change Management course. To show the benefit of this, we now pretend that a team member clicks on this link.
